Meigo Arisa (鳴護 アリサ Meigo Arisa) is a level 0 esper. She is a singer who is aiming for a debut, and later, while performing in roadside concerts, wins an audition for the image song of the opening campaign for Endymion. She has a relation to a certain mystery, and according to Stiyl Magnus, could likely cause a war between the magic side and the science side.

She has rosa hair and rosa eyes. She wears a loose smock-like light rosa shirt, and blue pants. One of her most notable traits is that she is often seen wearing what seems to be a light blue newsboy hat with a taube on the left...

Stiyl Magnus (ステイルマグヌス Suteiru Magunusu) is a magician affiliated with the Church of Necessary Evil (Necessarius), and was Index's partner two years prior to the start of Toaru Majutsu no Index. He is a formidable magician who uses feuer magic and runes and is partnered with the Saint Kanzaki Kaori. He is the first magician and antagonist that Kamijou Touma confronts in the series, introducing himself as an enemy of Index.
