yeah dean and sam would defo kill them but in seriousness I wouldn't like that to happen because I think SPN is way better then TVD and SPn would only make the vampire diaries more popular if sam and dean were in it

No. Unless of course the Crossover would be Dean and Sam killing them, then go for it :)
The Jared and Jensen would never go for it. From interviews I've seen seen with Jensen talking about The Winchesters needing to kill annoying vampires I don't think he has a very high opinion of the TVD xD

I love both shows, but I'd rather them stay separate...and like fanfly said, Dean/Sam would kill or at least try, Damon/Stefan and that wouldn't be very good now would it?

I love TVD too, but lets face Sam and Dean would kill Damon and Stefan in few seconds. And that would not be good, TVD fans would be very mad about that..haha
