Hot on the heels of posting the first 7 chapters of Stefan’s Diaries: Origins, the cover for the Sekunde volume of the Vampire Diaries TV series tie-in books, Bloodlust, has now been revealed Von HarperTeen. Du can click on the image to the left to find a larger version in our gallery.
Bloodlust is set for release on January 4th, 2011, and is available to pre-order on Kindle from amazonas, amazon US and from amazonas, amazon UK in paperback and Kindle versions. We’re still waiting on an amazonas, amazon link for the paperback version in the US, and will update when it’s available.
In the meantime we’ve got Stefan on the cover of Origins and Damon on the cover of Bloodlust. gegeben that the third book, The Craving, is set after their time with Katherine, any guesses on who’ll be on that cover? Maybe it’ll be that mysterious third brother we keep hearing about who goes Von the name of Defan? ;)

Rachel stroke her fingers through her hair. “Oh my God. What have I done?” she mumbled agitated. “Think, Rachel, think” She looked around. Then she grabbed Gabe’s feet and dragged him to the farthest corner.
She ran to the stairs and went to the küche where she searched the drawers for matches. In her panic she forgot she had been living here for about twenty years and the matches lay in the Sekunde drawer Weiter to the cupboard underneath the sink ever since. She pulled it open and grabbed the matches. Then she opened the fridge and took out a bottle of Malt Whisky. She ran back downstairs to the body. She opened the bottle of Malt and poured its content over the body. Then she stroke a match and let it fall down and watch how Gabe went up into flames.
As she watched him burn a sudden agony fulfilled her body and she dropped the bottle. She fell down on her knees and felt her body contracting and convulsing while she screamed.
