Die Sims 2 Frage

Which one should I get first?

I was thinking of getting Sims 2 universität and Open for Business, but I just dont know which one to get first!
Tell me which one Du think I should buy before the other and why. Please and Thank You! :)

PS: I already have Nightlife and Seasons and I'm getting Pets for sure before both of these.

But Du should get any of them. Open for Business is great too. It's like, Du get to open your own business. Sell stuff for a profit. ^^

Plus, OFB is an stuff pack. Right? universität is an expansion pack. Du might want the expansion pack first.
