Alaric just hangs up, but he is. He tells Meredith that Damon's "a little judgmental" when she asks if he still thinks she's the killer. That's putting it lightly, but really, Damon has a point. Just because she came clean about using vampire blood to help her patients doesn't mean she's not hiding something else—like killing people, too. After all, it was her ex who ended up dead soon after calling her crazy....
