I would have loved to see more scenes with Ursula as Vanessa :3 Like how Prince Eric got her to the palace, her meeting Carlotta and Sir Grimsby. There are a Walt Disney Sketch of Vanessa, found on the Platinum Edition DVD, where she's walking around, holding her dress up and looking around. You can see the photo link

Also, we go from the morning where Scuttle tells Ariel about the Prince getting married, Ariel hurries downstairs, hear the news and runs off in tears. Then bam, it's in the afternoon. I'd like to see what happend between that cut!
