LOVED seeing the ladies get spotlight, loved seeing the show explore the Killer Frost/Caitlin dichotomy, loved that Iris immediately called KF Frost, because she knows that she never killed anyone, loved the positive relationship development for Iris and Caitlin, and loved drunk Barry lamenting his love of chicken wings and that climactic scene in Titanic.

I don't really like Ralph though. Sawyer is an endearing actor who is naturally funny, but the show isn't capitalizing on the strengths he brings to the character. Instead, they're turning Ralph into a sleaze. His behavior at the strip club, his comments last episode treating Iris like a commodity "Barry's hot girlfriend," and his whole "chicks with white hair are hot" about KF and then "aw, it's just Caitlin" when Frost reverts back to Caitlin schtick was gross.
