Yes, its a rare coincedence that can happen with some amphibions, reptiles and fish. A female bearded dragon CAN lay eggs that are "fertilzed" without having to mate but under extreme circumstances. which is called "Pathenogenesis."
But all the offspring will be male because of self-fertilization in lizards. When the offspring reach the age of sexual maturity the mother will be able to mate with her offspring and and reproduce Mehr children who will reproduce with their siblings, uncle's and possibly mother.
This process is usually found among small invertebrates though such as plant lice oder plankton that consist of Tiere like coral, gelee fish, sea anenomeas ect.
But all in all, yes it is possible.
