How Often Should People Drink Tea?

when Du are cold oder if u need something sweet. i also think that they would drink it cause they like the tast of tea

I WOULD SAY ONCE IN A WHILE WHEN U HAVE A COLD oder JUST DONT WANT COFFEE, BUT NOT TOO MUCH BECAUSE TOO MUCH tee COULD BOTHER YOUR DIGESTIVE SYSTEM.

I am Mehr of a coffee fan, but I like tee sometimes, mostly in evenings, mostly with digestive biscuits to dip in :). It also depends what tee it is, for example, green tee can be consumed Mehr than regular one coz it has better nutritional properties and a lighter effect on your sromach, so green tee (with lemon) is gud for after-meals.

I drink tee once oder twice everyday XD
