Everything was going famously as I got back from the long weekend in March, I was feeling a bit… different. My roommate (her name was Celine. She had light skin and light brown hair matched with ocean blue eyes and was my dream roommate) starting noticing it too. She was majoring in economics. Duncan, meanwhile, was at universität of Pennsylvania and studying to become an engineer. He was staying at our apartment. Anyway, I wasn't feeling great. But never the less, I was going to classes. A few days into my weird feeling, I walked back to my room after classes and hurled into the toilet. "Gwen?" Celine called as she walked in.

"I'm here." I groaned while standing up and whipping my mouth with a tissue from the box on the counter. She walked in and looked over to the toilet.

"Are Du okay, dude?" she asked.

"Fine. Why?" I asked as I flushed.

"Well it smells like puke in here and Du have a little something right there." She sagte while pointing to the corner of her mouth. I whipped my mouth again and threw it into the trashcan. She folded her arms and leaned against the doorframe. "What's wrong, girlie?" she asked.

"I honestly don't know." I sagte while walking out and sitting on the bottom bunk. Celine tossed her bag up onto her bed.

"Okay. Two Fragen – one, did Du have sex over the weekend with your hubbie?" she asked. I blushed and nodded while locking my eyes to the white carpet. I could hear the smirk in her voice. "Did Du use protection?"

"I used the pill," I sagte cautiously, looking over at her.

"Are Du sure Du didn't misuse it?" she asked. I opened my mouth to speak, but nothing came out. I just snapped my jaws shut again. She sighed and walked into the bathroom. I heard her rummaging through her small bag that she kept in there and came out with a small box. She tossed it to me and it landed in my hands. I reluctantly walked into the bathroom with my phone and the box. I opened it and stared at it for a moment before dropping my skirt.

Longest. Minute. Of. My. Life.

Then finally my phone buzzed. I stared at my phone for a moment, afraid of what I would see. And with good reason.

Lines. Two rosa lines. I picked it up along with my phone after pulling up my rock and showed it to Celine. She chuckled. "Well, are Du gonna tell him oder what?" she asked. I threw away the test and opened my phone. I laid down on my bett and called Duncan. I gripped my rock in my left hand as the tone rang again and again. I shut my eyes as his voice came though, "Gwen, what's up?" he asked.

"Hey, babe." I sagte tentatively while smiling and sitting up.

"Hi. So what's up?" he asked.

"Um… well, Du have to promise me Du won't freak." I sagte while biting my lower lip, gripping the hem of my skirt.

"I can take it, sweetheart." He sagte to me.

"I'm pregnant." I said, almost choking on the words. He didn't answer me for a minute.

"Holy crap." He breathed.

"What do Du think?" I asked while shrugging my shoulders.

"I think it's great. I mean, it's a little soon. But if Du can handle it, then I'm great with it." He said.

"R-really?" I stuttered.

"Yeah. And, I have something to tell Du too." He said. I could hear him smiling.

"What's that?"

"You know how we were looking for a bigger place?" he asked.

"What did Du do?" I asked, a bit concerned.

"Remember how your mom was looking for someone to buy her house so she can Bewegen in with Richard in Florida?" he asked.

"What did Du do?"

"I kind of bought it." He said. My jaw dropped.

"You didn't." I said.

"Well," he said. "I just signed the check, so it's ours." He said. "And before Du ask, I'm taking care of moving everything in. No worries." He said. I smiled.

"I Liebe you!" I screamed.

"I Liebe Du too." He laughed. "See Du later, babe."

"Bye." I sagte before snapping my phone shut. I sighed and laid back with a huge smile.

"He took it well?" Celine asked.

"Very." I said.

Duncan was driving me to my old house that he just finished decorating the Tag after my graduation. We had learned that I was having a girl and a boy sometime in December. I smiled as Duncan pushed me inside. It looked just the way it did when I last saw it. And it was perfect. There were framed pictures of Duncan and I in various places. I smiled and wrapped my arms around his neck. "I redid your mom's room and moved in different furniture so we can have it." He purred while placing his hands on my hips and covering my lips with his.

"Hold your horses, big boy." I teased him.

"I know, I know. Not until after they're born." He said. "By the by, we need to discuss names." He said. Both of us were still shocked that we were having twins.

"Tonight." I promised. He nodded.

"I'll make dinner, how about that? I'll grill."

"You can cook?"

"Yes." He sagte while raising his eyebrows. "I bought groceries and everything." He said. I smiled and kissed him lightly. "Alright. Wanna help?" he asked as he pulled away from me and got everything he needed form the kitchen. It was about five, so he needed to get started. I nodded.

"You are too perfect." I sagte to him as we walked outside.

"I know, I'm just about the man every woman dreams about having around the house." He sagte while smirking.

"And so modest." I sagte sarcastically as we walked out into the backyard.

"I'm everything a girl wants."

"You're everything I need." I sagte while leaning my head on his shoulder and smiling up at him. I noticed a bit of red appear on his cheeks as he stared at me. I laughed a bit. He smiled back and rubbed my head with his nose.

"Hey, turn on some music." He sagte to me. I walked back inside and up to our room, looking through the organized CDs on the self. I found on Von U2 and walked back outside, inserting the disk into the player outside. Then my cellphone rang in my pocket. Beautiful Tag started the disk. I pulled out my phone and answered.

"Hello?"

"Gwen!" it was my mom. My eyes widened. One small thing. I kind of didn't tell her I was expecting. And am I ever going to get hell for that.

"Hi, Mom." I sagte uneasily with a fake smile, even though she couldn't see me.

"How's it going?" she asked, sounding very happy.

"Good." I choked out.

"So what's new? How do Du like Duncan's touch on the house?"

"It looks amazing, Mom. But there's something I have to tell you." I bit my lip.

"Anything. What is it, sweetie?"

"I'm kind of…"

"Is everything alright?"

"Great. This isn't anything bad like that, it's just-"

"You're pregnant." She said. My eyes widened.

"How did you-"

"That's exactly what I sagte when I told my mom about expecting you." She laughed. "What gender?"

"Boy and girl."

"Twins? Honey that's amazing!" at least she's happy.

"Yeah, we're both really happy."

"How far along are you?"

"Uh… three and a half months." I said, cringing. She just hung up. Well it's better than having her nag at me. I sighed and slid my phone back into my pocket. I walked up behind Duncan and wrapped my arms around his chest while Küssen his cheek. He chuckled. "She took it okay." I laughed.

"So when's the due date?"

"December fourteenth." I sagte with a smile. He turned his head to me and placed one hand on the back of my head before pressing his lips onto mine. I pulled away and smiled at him. He smirked at me and bent his knees, ready to chase after me.

"You really wanna play this game?" he challenged. I bent my knees also and started running from him. I heard him running after me as I laughed. "I'll take that as a yes!" he called to me as he charged after me. After about six minutes, he caught up to me and pinned me down. He smiled at me and kissed my nose. "Love you." He sagte to me before getting up and going back to cooking.

Duncan

December seventh. That's when things started going crazy.

I was sitting in class as my phone vibrated in my jacke pocket, causing my eyes to snap up. I saw the professor give me the is-there-a-problem-there-better-not-be-because-I-need-to-get-out-of-here-just-as-much-as-you look. I just looked back down at my paper, while I really looked at the text that I got on my phone, which was resting in my lap.

From: Pixie Corpse
Message: HURRY UR DAMN arsch UP! THE YOUNG 1S R ARRIVING!

Damn. I quickly finished my test and handed it in, hurrying out of the classroom. It was my last class of the day, so I bolted out to my car and started it up while texting Pixie back.

From: Duncan Scott
Message: Just got out. B there in 10

I snapped my phone shut and started driving as fast as I could while still slightly obeying the law and not slipping on the black ice. I finally got to the hospital and ran inside, seeing Pixie. She opened her mouth to speak, but I beat her to it. "Blame the test. What room? And I thought she wasn't due for a week?" I panted.

"107 and tell that to the kids. I have to go." She told me before she ran back out to her car. I nodded and bolted down the hall to her room. I got inside after I sagte that I was her husband. I sprinted over to her. She smiled at me. I smiled back at her and gripped her hand.

"You're going to be okay." I sagte to her. I was just told to keep Gwen calm. A bit harder than it seems. I just whispered to her what I thought would help. I didn't even know if she was listening to me.

Two kids. A boy and a girl. Adrian and Luna. No matter what the hell we called them, I would Liebe them just the same, just 'cause they were mine. Mine.

Then it hit me.

I was a fucking dad!

I was just about ready to just pick them up and run home, when I remembered they had to run tests. Luna was cheery and laidback while Adrian seemed quiet and shy. Then they rated the kids from one to ten based on their health. Luna was a ten and Adrian was a nine. They told us it was nothing major, just that he was quiet. He gets it from his mother.

Gwen and I drove Home while she held our offspring. Luna hand the bluest eyes and Adrian had dark green ones. Luna also had the cutest smile. I was the first one to see Arian's smile. As we drove, he looked at me and smiled as I looked at him. I smiled and looked back at the road. Since I refused to redo Gwen's old room for Luna, we simply bought accommodating furniture. We did the same for Adrian's room.

When we got home, we sat on the couch with the kids. I held Adrian as Gwen cradled Luna close to her body. We just talked – mostly about the kids – and stared at our children. Then we thought that they should get to bed. At that time, I was holding Luna and Gwen was holding Adrian. I carried my daughter upstairs and laid her down in her bed. I kissed her forehead before flicking off the lights and going into the room I shared with Gwen. She was facedown on the bed, most likely already asleep. She had a long Tag and I had to go to class tomorrow. I just laid down also and fell asleep.
