Help!

ok my best Friends sister shes 17 and she got a tattoo of my best Friends name around he rist and sagte it didn't hurt! i was wondering if i should get 1 on my stomach oder a star, sterne 1 on my rist but some say it hurts like hell and some say ahh its like a pinch
