It was 24th June and a very hot day, I was doing my homework when I heard a vendor, he was selling chicks, I had always wanted a pet so I bought four little cute colored chicks.
After I brought them home, my sisters sagte that they wanted to keep them as their pets too so we divided each chick on one sister.
White one for my elder sister, yellow one for Arooj. rosa one for Fakyha and orange one for myself
They were very cute, always running towards us.
Time passed but they didn't die, like we had thought that they would, like all the colored chicks we had bought in our childhood. And I am now glad that they didn't die.
Days went Von and the chicks became Mehr homely than ever. I was the one who was to clean their box everyday and feed them and look around for Katzen when we took them to the lawn.
And the funny thing is that whenever I ate any kind of chips oder drank any juice, I gave them some too...
Lays, Cheetos, Kurkurre, Noodles, Macrons, and other kinds of packed chips .
Milo, mango milkshake, orange juice, Coca-Cola etc to drink.
I don't think that they specially liked mango milkshake and Coke. Milo was their Favorit and I used to pour it into my hands for them to drink it oder else they wouldn't...
we used to dig up worms to feed them. Whenever they saw the spaten in our hand, they came running towards because they were fond of earthworms and due to them, earth worms no longer come out during rain :)
We used to give them a bath too, a proper one, with shampoo but only when it was sunny outside, oder they would have died of cold. After keeping them in the sun for some time, we used to bring them inside and dry them with a hair drier. I bet they enjoyed it!
Before my chicks came, I used to Liebe Katzen but when my chicks came, I wouldn't let a cat near the house, don't get me wrong, I still like them but having chicks as pet, I had no other choice. Our chicks survived a couple of attacks from Katzen too. I felt so protective of my chicks that at night I used to have nightmares of Katzen eating our beloved chicks. Sometimes, the Katzen came in the form of my brother and then suddenly attacked oder sometimes, they used to hide and attack stealthily (In my nightmare, not in real)
And due to these nightmares, I wouldn't let my mom keep the chicks outside at night, they used to sleep inside their box which was kept in our room, warm and snugly :)
When they grew up properly, their color changed to white and it was hard to differentiate them from afar but we had kept some mark that told us what Chick it was.
And of course, they started crowing, they would krähe at Zufällig times like in the afternoon. In the morning when they did crow, it was like at 9 am!
My father decided that the chicks were no longer needed because they had messed up our garden and our room had started to smell because of the chicks ( cuz I wouldn’t let my mum keep them outside in the cold.) Du can notice in the pics too, the change in gras, grass color, that’s why they were slaughtered 

I remember that fateful Tag when mu mum put them in the car and took them to the market to get them slaughtered!
I just cried so much for them, hoping that maybe my mom was pulling a prank on me but…
Arooj went along with mum and she actually took pictures of them after being slaughtered. I mean, how could she be so heartless? Then I did something that kind of made my herz feel a bit lighter. I deleted the pics!

It was 1st January, 2013 when they died.....
