Yes, because by making it so conspicuous that they are bothering you, they have even more motivation to try and provoke you.

She is doing all of this to bother you and make you angry thats why she is a jerk so fighting back will not solve the problem she just wants you to do fight back so ignore her and if that does not work then report her so she will stop bothering you.
