Well while I'm here, I may as well RP a bit, why not?

(Little background, this girl is a demon. It may seem hard to believe, but she was originally a poodle.)
As your character is walking(I'm so original) They notice this little girl sitting all Von herself, playing with some toy cars. There are no parents watching her, and she is making "vroom! vrooom!" noises as if to make the cars seem Mehr realistic. Looking closer, her dress is stained in red. What do Du do?
