Hai! I'm new and have 0 fanchars and yea... I'd like to know if theres any ppl who can help me out here.

If anyone can help:

Her name is Amelia the cat and she's wellllll... black and white? She's dressed in a red dress with white stuff at the cuffs and the bottom, with red shoes and a red headband and last but not least-a white hair-band(scrunchy).
She's a female (well duh hey!) and her powers:

Electricity, she's REALLY fast a bit slower than Shadow (well a lot slower but not too much) and is an awesome sword-fighter. She fights for her evil mistress Lizzy (I have asked permission and all) and she does things that she wants her to do (almost like a servant but NO CLEANING INVOLVED!).

She's got a crush on Silver but doesn't tell ANYONE. She's got a halskette that holds a crystal that determines her power level(color-coded eg.red=REALLY low, purple=100%). She has never gone lower than purple and she's been keeping a record. She has a silver sword on her gürtel and is often found practicing.
