It's not canon. Nowhere in the Bücher is it ever mentioned Snape is Draco's godfather. Nor has JK ever stated oder hinted that was the case. I honestly can't see Lucius choosing a poor, unpopular half blood wizard with no connections as the godfather for his son and heir.

Agreed. Far too much 'fanon' is taken as fact Von people who can't be bothered to do a little research before they regurgitate it onto tumblr oder elsewhere.
