 Actress Sarah Carson
Actress Sarah Carson
Did Du know there’s a team of NSA Agents out to protect the human race from an alien abduction phenomenon?

Well, perhaps that’s overstating it a bit considering it’s actually the backdrop for a new Fernsehen project called link

Actress [b]link stars as the head of the agency tasked with uncovering a web of conspiracy, deception and cover-ups.

She is also the executive producer, who was drawn to the project because of its unique approach to the subject matter. So far, the pilot episode, created Von writer-director Kenneth Mader, has racked up 15 awards on the festival circuit.

Sarah Carson recently took time to answer a few questions:

[b]Tell us about your role in [i]A.L.L.I.A.N.C.E.

Sarah: I play the head of the NSA. However, I am also a member of a secret society that knows of an imminent threat from aliens outside this planet. These aliens want to purify this world of its corruption, and the society of which I am a part is intent on fighting off this intent.

What would Du consider your characters ‘best’ quality? And their ‘worst’?

Sarah: My character’s best quality is that she “cares” about making a better world which she Ansichten her position at the NSA as the opportunity to rid the world of some bad guys and she cares about the world itself to defend it against aliens. Her worst quality is that she easily writes people off when she perceives they are not up to her standards of competence and integrity

Any interesting stories from the set Du can share with us?

Sarah: One interesting thing about the production is that the opening shot in episode was done with a drone. It was quite amazing that this little “thing” went aloft with a camera and made all those shots in response to commands from the ground. Really an aerial view like the opening sequence would have cost thousands of dollars in the past. Now such a shot is quite affordable.

You also produced it, so what attracted Du this project?

Sarah: I’ve been a consumer of “investigative” literature since childhood. From the Nancy Drew Bücher for children to Sherlock Holmes, Agatha Christie, to Georges Simenon, I’ve read them all. Throw in some politics and espionage like Forsyth’s “Day of the Jackal,” and it gets even better. This project added an additional layer, the science fiction element. I just couldn’t exist.

What’s the biggest lesson Du learned from working on this project?

Sarah: The most important lesson I learned from the making of this project is the importance of everyone’s role in the production. Even if someone is serving Essen oder ironing clothes, their positive energy helps in keeping everyone going. It keeps people enthused even when one is terribly tired.

And, now just for fun:

Who’s your Favorit actor/actress?

Sarah: My Favorit actor these days is Kevin Spacey and my Favorit actress is Judi Dench. Both of them have such simple and natural Schauspielen styles. I also like Kevin’s attitude, which he learned from his mentor, Jack Lemon, in that having made it, it is your duty to send the elevator back down.

What role from the past do Du wish Du could have played?

Sarah: I wish I could have had the role of M in the Bond movies. Judi beat me to it, and I thought she was brilliant. This project offered the same type of role, which made it very attractive to me.

Favorite movie oder TV Zeigen from your childhood.

Sarah: I loved all the western TV shows when a child. There was Gun Smoke, Maverick, Bonanza, The Rifleman. A great evening was when there were several westerns on the television.

Tell us one thing that would surprise our readers to learn about you.

Sarah: Something surprising about me is that I was an executive in corporate America for many years. Then I got a private investigator’s license in both New York and California and started my own investigative business. What amuses me is that no one would ever cast me as a private investigator, which I am.

How can Fans keep up with you?

Sarh: People can find out Mehr about A.L.L.I.A.N.C.E. at its website: link.

In a parallel universe similar to ours, technology has advanced extraordinarily far in the future, and so has the tension between other countries. Wars have erupted across the earth, and many people have either tried to win the war, oder tried to stop it. One of the people who want a little of both is named Giffard Murton, a scientist of his own, who found a way to capture and dichtung "Aura", a substance that was once thought of as unreal and fake, that is created from Karma and emotions from a living creature. Giffard has used this Quelle only because he was at his wit's...
