Of course I love all!

My personal favorite is when they were "just friends". Their relationship was so cute and I loved the flirting/banter Rory: If you care about me at all... Jess: What makes you think that I care about you? Rory: Not care-care like care. Just if you like me at all. Not like-like... Plus I loved seeing Rory be impulsive (skipping school to see Jess in New York and especially their first kiss!)

After the first kiss: It was fun to see Rory get jealous for once, and it was also fun to see Jess put Rory into her place (asking if she was still with Dean, why she expected him to pine for her...)

When they were a couple: They had some amazing/cute moments (some of my favorites) but this was when their relationship was really dramatic. I still loved the sweet moments, the makeups, etc. but I wish that Season 3 had ended differently :(

After Jess left: They still had amazing moments! One of the saddest moments of the entire series for me is when Jess asks Rory to leave with him in Last Week Fights, This Week Tights. Of course, another sad moment for me is the end of The Real Paul Anka. One of my favorite Rory/Jess episodes is when Jess convinces Rory to go back to Yale. I love that episode for that and for the little thing of Jess remembering Rory's birthday when Logan didn't even remember it until Emily brought it up.
