What's up with the bug Shilo is chasing in the beginning of 21st Century Cure?

When she looks it up in her little bug book, she gets really excited and decides to break the rules and catch it. What is up with it? I feel like it has some sort of importance. It glows blue, strangely just like Zydrate, and it shows up during the song Needle into a Bug. Is it like a Zydrate bug oder something? 0.o I've always wondered about this little detail...
