Do Du guy's draw the pics of your characters?

sorry to ask two Fragen in a row but...
so i was browsing through all the different Foren and... all the freaking pics were super incredible *-*... i can't even draw a freaking good stick figure let alone these images... if Du guy's are drawing these then Du guy's are bosses and... i feel so inadequate :(...
are Du guy's drawing the pics that Du post in your Forum character's bios?
