In what Porky Pig cartoon about constructing a building is the line " What about me porky" said..?

All of the Loony tune characters are building a brick building. They are seen laying the bricks and placing mortar. Porky Pig in construction clothing seems to ignore a skinny white rabbit who repeatedly asks for an assignment of duties "What about me Porky?" in a high pitched voice. He follows Porky Pig around the construction site. This skinny white rabbit seems out of place compared to the huskier characters doing construction work. Ultimately, the skinny white rabbit saves the Tag because he can lay brick much faster than anyone else. He uses his two "hands" to place the bricks and his two long ears to place the mortar.

Moral of story: Someone different from the norm, might unexpectedly save the Tag because of some specialized quality.

Du do not often see this kind of message in present Tag Cartoons and movies.
