the coachmen actually evil, Stromboli's mean, but really just a douche. Honest John and Gideon are just working for the man, and i love Lampwick but i don't consider him a villian. He doesn't put pinochio in any harm and he's just a kid.

It kind of depends on what you mean by "best". If it's like "best" as in the one you like best,I'd probably choose Gideon. He's not so evil and he's actually kinda cute. lol
But,I think the most evil one would have to be either the coachman or Monstro. Monstro is definitely the most terrifying,though. *cringes* I wouldn't wanna be stuck inside that big fella.

Stromboli is an excellent villain.

The Coachman is clearly meant to be 'evil' as evidenced by the way his face changes. Stromboli isn't very nice but then he's just trying to make a living ;)
