Find the 2nd star, sterne to the right

Guyss i usually look up to the stars before going sleep but there's a thing: how can i know where is the 2nd star? I think is one really brilliant and pretty, it shines a lot, but i am not sure because it is not at the right is Mehr like at the centre so i dont know. Can someone help me?
