After wrapping a scene with co-star Kelly Rutherford, Penn stuck around to take his 21-year-old girlfriend Blake Lively’s maltipoo, Penny, for a walk while she filmed at NYC’s Russian tee Room.

“They can’t wait for the weather to warm up so they can go to the dog park,” a pal of the couple tells OK!.

The actress recently caused quite a stir while filming her hit TV show, when her character Serena, was arrested outside the Russian tee Room. Many people thought it was actually Blake herself getting arrested! Guess she’s a better actress than we all thought!
