Peyton was in this situation for a negative reason. Because of the pain that she had, and falling to the ground in the episode before. And with the "cancer?" mention, we viewed this scene as possibly life-threatening for her.

I agree with Kelly. Peyton's situation was more seriouse and we honestly didn't know what was going on. And yes the cancer mentions deffinetly did not help.
