Paul,Craig and Barry, ofc the others are good to but Paul is the best from these on my opinion.

To be completely honest... I think Nathan, Lucas, and Keith are good characters more because of their story lines, relationships, and dialogue (a.k.a do to the writers and creators of the show) than because of the actors that play them. I think Nathan's probably the hardest character to play out of those three because he is constantly expressing so many different emotions and has to go back and forth between bad guy, good guy, bad guy with a good heart, good guy, bad guy who acts selfish, good guy. But I still think I love Nathan more because of the scripts and the vision of the show than because of James Lafferty.

But I think Paul Johansson really makes Dan the character we all know. As Rolemodel2011 perfectly stated "I mean he gets people to feel sorry for a murderer!" We feel for him in seasons 4, 5, 6, and 7 even though we know he murdered his brother, abandoned his pregnant girlfriend, did not even acknowledge the baby to be his son until the child was already seventeen years old, treated his other son like an emotional punching bag...etc.
Yet we still love him!

Barry Corbin is great too! And I find Mouth so annoying, so it's hard for me to say that Lee Norris is doing a great job playing him.

I so agree with Chandler..I rly felt sorry for this guy in s4 when I shouldn't have!
But James has also become a great actor <3

He's a really great actor.

Second would be Paul for me. James is awesome as well but lately he cannot really show what he can (because of his lack of storylines obviously!) / =

Hands down he's the best...though I must say Barry Corbin is pretty close...But Paul is amazing....I miss him...Lee and Craig are fine nothing special though...Chad has some amazing moments but for the most part he's just alright....and I really don't know but I think James still is and always has been the worst actor on the show....i mean he's a lot better than he used to be...but honestly he sucks...and i've never understood why people don't see this...half the reason nathan is such an awful character is the storylines he gets(or lack there of) the other half is cuz james just flat out sucks.

Hands down. Paul is awesome. Chad is 2nd. James is fine too.
