Look I'm worried about Peyton, no doubt. And this will certainly rock Leyton's love boat, but they get stronger and stronger with every challenge they face. I'm sure luke will be uber worried about Peyton which will be nice to see. I loved jealous luke in 610; worried Luke will be interesting, heh. Anyhow [I'm sure some brucas fans will hope so], but I really hope Peyton doesn't lose the baby...THAT would be harsh. It'll be worth the long hard pregnancy if it ends with a baby being born. Epic :)

it'll be good drama but i REALLY HOPE she DOESN'T lose the baby or anything bad that involves the baby.. Leyton will get through it & it'll make them even stronger than they were.

obviously i would never wish for Peyton to lose the baby or anything like that... but has there ever been a pregnancy on OTH that went smoothly... no. so ofcourse Mark is going to throw some drama in there. but whatever drama it DOES bring, i'm sure it will only bring Leyton closer together in the end... which would be awesome! and just for the record Brucas fans... an LP baby would be AMAZINGGGGG!! well, i can deal with losing the baby, as long as Peyton/Leyton is okay. it would be really sad, but as long as Leyton are together and happy and getting stronger, i'll be fine...:S this makes me worried though..

i REALLLYYY dont like lucas and peyton together....but if "help complications" means their baby dying....i'm not ok with that at all. first, it's something that i think is probably the worst thing in the world. second, while i know it's a tv show so it's not like they are a real couple losing their baby....it's a VERY touchy topic for many fans and it would be very hard to do the loss justice. it's much easier to play (not to experience in real life...but to act) a person who loses a close person in their life who was alive. i would imagine it's much harder to play a person who loses their unborn child and really get the audience to understand and relate since the audience never sees the person who died- only the people who were affected by the death.
buttt...i dont know what these health complications are, so i guess i'll just have to see...

jemgrl323, OTH has dealt with many touchy subjects including homosexuality, suicide, depression, human violence, etc. So this is yet another important subject that's gonna be addressed and I personally don't see anything wrong with it. I think it's a good idea, but you're obviously entitled to your opinion :)

when i said "i'm not ok with that at all"- i meant i would be really upset...it wouldn't be a story line i like (the same way i don't like watching jimmy edwards kill himself) but not that that means they shouldn't do it.
i just think it's a hard topic to portray....since you never actually see the mother and unborn child bond--- it would take a lot of really good acting to get the audience to really understand the loss. for example- when we saw keith and q die....we got to see them on screen, love them, and then experience the loss with the characters. i think it would be much harder for the audience to relate when they do not see the one who dies. but i guess it could be a great test of the casts acting skills---kristin davis tackled it pretty well on sex and the city- but i still felt like something was missing. but who knows if that is even what they mean by "health complications"
