My opinion : I fully disagree with this. I loved these two characters. Felix brought some fun and I liked his interaction with Brooke. As for Anna, even though she was okay, I think it was a way to talk about the homosexual causes. I'm pretty sure some fans of the show were able to relate to her and it might have helped them.

I mean, they sucked, but there were NINE seasons and I feel like there was at least one in every one of them. Grubbs, Miranda, Katie, Xavier, Mia, Quinn, etc. Felix at least made me laugh, occasionally.

I'm not a huge Felix and Anna fan, but I think there are worse characters. I think Miranda and Grubbs are the most boring. I hated their storyline in season 7.
