Who thinks that Clay should tell nathan and Haley about his wife? And do Du think he ever will?

I hope Clay tells Nathan and Haley. It WOULD certainly be for the best. Nathan needs to regain trust in Clay and perhaps telling him about his wife will make them connect on a personal level. Nathan experienced something similar with Haley.

He should tell them soon. They treat him like family and they should know.
