I know that the beliebt theory is that August wrote the book, and that makes sense, since he is a writer. However, I get the feeling that the book is one of a kind, not something Du can buy in a store. That means that he would have had to either deliver oder send it to storybrooke. While that is certainly possible, I have some other suspects who I think may have written the book.
