Yes. The writers and actors have mentioned plot developments set to unfold in season three, but I don't beleive it has been officially announced yet.

Probably. The ratings have been solid, which is good, especially for a Sunday Night. Considering how low the ratings for some of ABC's other shows have been, I'd say this one will stick around, especially since plot lines are just forming...
