Which character Du think is a villain in Once Upon a Time and Which one is not?

Regina trying so hard to be good for the sake of henry, is she still a villain?

Rumple did many horrible things because of his Liebe for his son and now he's trying to change because of belle, is he still a villain?

Cora and King George still Liebe making chaos in the past, present and future so they clearly a villain lol

But what about jefferson who kidnapped emma, help regina to kill emma (even though he did this because he want to reunited with his daughter) and now we know that he also help rumple to turn regina into the evil Queen oder dr. wal who also help rumple/jefferson and create a "monster" are they a villain?

And now Hook, he is well known villain in fairy tale story before we meet him in Once Upon A Time, now people prefer him to be rumple the sequel and became Liebe interest rather than a villain, we still don't know his story in the future, so I think for this one I ask different question, do Du want him as villain?
