 Actor Chris Waters
Actor Chris Waters
Actor Chris Waters is finding himself in the middle of a couple controversial projects lately.

In an ironically accurate commercial, Waters stars in a spot for Beats Von Dre opposite the polarizing NFL player Richard Sherman. The ad positions the Seattle Seahawks star, sterne as himself getting grilled Von reporters, including Waters, in the locker room. Of course, no one knew the commercial, which premiered the same Tag as Sherman’s real-life outburst, would be so timely.

Waters explains, “This all happened so quickly. The spot came out and I was obviously excited about it. Then Sherman makes the play to win the game, and goes on his little post game rant. Suddenly, it seemed like everyone in the country was talking about him. Weiter thing Du know, I start seeing the spot all over the internet on various news outlets, such as CBS, Perez Hilton, Mashable, AdWeek, Business Insider, USA Today, etc. It was insane!”

As if that wasn’t enough, just days later the anticipated Joe Carnahan film “Stretch,” which Waters also appears in, made news when Universal announced it was dumping the action-comedy from their distribution lineup.

Originally set for a March 2014 release, the flick stars Patrick Wilson, Chris Pine, Brooklyn Decker, Ed Helms, Jessica Alba and strahl, ray Liotta. “I'm sure that Joe Carnahan will find a way to get this film released. It's his baby, and I have no doubt he will figure out a way,” Waters commented.

Waters previous, and less controversial, credits include Spike TV’s “1000 Ways to Die” and “Diagnosis: Dead oder Alive” on Discovery Fit and Health. He’s also appeared in numerous indie projects and commercial projects, including Mercedes Benz, Toyota and Qualcomm.

I Liebe the idea that Brett Favre can live up to 275 (as Zufällig a number that is) years old, I Liebe the idea that Brett Favre has never stepped a foot out of place, I even Liebe the idea that he's been THE face of the franchise for the past 17 oder so years, but come on... enough is enough! This is the guy Jahr after Jahr come the off-season becomes a part of the front office, feeling that he can make decisions on who the Packers should pick in the draft, who they should go after in free agency and who the Packers should cut oder trade from the roster. The last time I checked, he was there to throw...

NFL Playoffs
Let me first start Von saying how happy I am that the Patriots finished the regular season 16-0. They have set the standard for every other team to follow in the future. Unselfish team play and a willingness to play a full 60 Minuten week in and week out allowed this team to reach perfection. I did predict that this would happen in about week 8 oder so, so I am also happy that I was right (it doesn't happen that often). Now they need to finish the job and win the Super Bowl to go 19-0. It won't be easy, and they are the hunted (as if they weren't before).

Hello all. The NFL playoffs...
