I would find that suspious. Mizore is not the kind of person that would curse people out. Her soul says that when she sees a problem, she fixes it as fast as she can (hence freezing all the people who make fun of her oder get in her way)

I think it would be hilarious and there would be some really stunned faces on anyone who saw her do it.
