Will we ever see a NEW military aircraft (piloted oder drone), like Vought's XF5U "Flying Flapjack"?

The B-2 Spirit "Stealth Bomber", & its "flying wing" concept, needed modern fly-by-wire technology to be practical. I believe today's technology could give Vought's XF5U "Flying Flapjack" & its "flying disk" concept, a Sekunde chance to prove itself. Its first chance was scuttled Von the U.S. Navy, a mistake if Du ask me.
