Driving down this road
like every other Tag before,
so familiar that I allow myself to daydream
knowing that I will make it home..
even without looking.
A song comes on the radio,
a song that makes me think of those I love
those that I may know in some ways
but do not in others.
A song that makes me smile,
A song that brings names and no faces
but that doesn't matter,
I don't need to see Du to care about you
to know who Du all really are.
In a world full of backstabbers,
of people who pretend to be what they are not
I know I have people who care,
who Liebe me, despite all my faults.
