I mean she liked him more than Joffrey for sure, but she was pretty disappointed after her and Loras's arrest, and I felt like their "Reunion" in 6x07 she really manipulated him and pretended to be okay with everything, when for real she was still very disappointed in him. She still somewhat liked him towards the end though, and I don't think she would want the marriage to end.
