I don't know if he is leaving oder not. From what I heard it was a rumour. But if he does, I think they should write an episode where Kathy tells Elliot that if he wants to save their marriage, he must transfer across country with his family. Before he leaves he goes to see Olivia one last time and they end up sleeping together. After he leaves, she discovers she's pregnant. That way it leaves the door open if he decides to return.
