Kathy, (Elliot's wife) in what profession is she? oder is she just a stay at Home mom?

I often hear she was a RN oder wanted to be, oder something like that but I'm not all too familiar with her character. Would be nice if Du could supply as much knowledge about her as Du know. Would be very grateful.

Not sure if she still is a nurse atm, but she definitely used to be.
