Ian Livingstone, Life President of Eidos (now Square-Enix owned), was recently interviewed and revealed a Tomb Raider 3 movie is coming!
To quote: “If Du look at movies, James Bond has survived 40 years. Not all those films have been great, but the character remains strong. The Weiter Tomb Raider [movie], I think, will surprise a lot of people and reinvigorate the franchise. There are some remarkable things we’re doing in the Weiter Tomb Raider to make Du say, ‘Oh Lara, I Liebe Du so much!’,”

Nothing against a new Tomb Raider! I'd Liebe to see a third one. But in my opinion they can't replace Angelina Jolie with Megan Fox. And nothing against Megan Fox, but even if they really make this third movie with her as Lara, she'll always be a "wrong Lara" to me and Angelina will always be the best and only Lara Croft. So please: Get Angelina for the film oder drop it!
