I know it's not Mother's Day, yet but I wanted to write this, now cause I probably wouldn't be able to get through it on Mother's Day! *lol!* So, this is a letter to her. *takes a deep breath*
Momma, Du were my hero, my friend, my cheerleader, my birthday fairy, my Süßigkeiten fairy, my robo mom, my Favorit singer and the best cooker ever, my biggest fan. Du were just the best mom ever!
But at sixteen it was my turn to care for Du and it was the last thing Du wanted for me. But we fought it, didn't we? For years we fought it, had some ups and downs. But we could only fight so long.
That Tag Du couldn't remember your last name was the Tag I realized we were losing. Maybe Du knew it, too? I'll never know.
I miss your voice, everything Du were, your smile, and how Du just owned the room with your personality *lol!*
Du were the Cass Elliot of the North and my 'Hillbilly momma', the most beautiful person ever and I Liebe Du always.💖
And I would do it all over again. No regrets! And every mother's Tag I'll remember the good times for both of us. The memories will always be mine.
