Catnipian Commander
There are several classes in the Catnipian army. Our "friend" that we all Liebe and hate, Mr Kat, is a member of the Catnipian special agents class. He is agent 27B.
The Catnipian Commander has absolute power over the millitary and all Catnipians.
Special agents are gegeben oben, nach oben of the range Catnipian implants, equipment(his coller) and training. The few Catnipians with better implants and equipment is their commander, his son and perhaps their family.
The "Elite Guard", as I would like to call them, are the very large (likely geneticaly modified)...
