Is Touka in Liebe with Kaneki?

She is very confusing, I mean does she like him oder not. One Minute she's crying and thinking about him and the next, she meets him and punches him. Like, wow nice reunion. Does she really like him, oder is it an unsolved Liebe between the two. Oh and just saying, I don't want Touka and Kaneki to be a thing. I like Kaneki as a lone wolf.
