Do Du get nicknamed with Japanese Honorifics?

A few Friends on this site call me "Riley-San" and "Riley-Kun". These are the ones I mostly get nicknamed with. I am also called "Riley-Chan" Von two Fans and Zelink4ever is the main one to call me "Riley-San".
