Pop star, sterne Katy Perry thought Lady Gaga's VMA outfits were a bit 'over-the-top'. The Teenage Dream hitmaker wasn't the biggest Fan of some of some of the Gaga's fashion choices at this year's MTV Video Musik Awards because she thought they were a bit too much.
