The pint-sized singer recently joked about Prince William’s noticeably thinning head of hair to UK’s Rollercoaster magazine, yucking it up about the Duke of Cambridge’s failing follicles.
“I mean, there are things to prevent that nowadays, like Propecia,” the 18-year-old pop star, sterne told the magazine. “I don’t know why he doesn’t just get those things, those products. Du just take Propecia and your hair grows back. Have Du not got it over here?”
Bieber, known for his own formerly shaggy moptop of hair, didn’t quite cause an uproar from the Brits with his comments, however.Instead, British journalist Jessica Callan tells The Huffington Post, UK citizens “are viewing Justin Bieber’s diss about Prince William’s challenging hair problem in the same way Du view an annoying fly buzzing around you.
“He needs to be swatted away,” she adds. “Wills and Prince Harry may joke about William’s thinning hair, but that doesn’t mean a kid like Justin can come sauntering in and Mitmachen in the joke.”
With the exception of his latest comments, however, Bieber has largely been making a good impression internationally, tweeting constantly at some of Team USA’s Gold medal-winning athletes.
Earlier this week, Bieber recorded a video message for swimmer Missy Franklin, 17, congratulating the high school senior on her four Gold medals.
“I was flipping out when I saw it!” Franklin told Us Weekly. “His little brother was in it, too, and he’s the cutest thing ever. It was insane. I was so excited.
“He sagte he was on vacation, so for him to take time out of his vacation to do that for me is so sweet and so special. I’m going to his konzert soon. I can’t wait!”

The pint-sized pop star, who already has an impressive Liste of collaborations under his gürtel including mentor Usher, Sean Kingston and Ludacris told Fans on Twitter that he was in the studio with Dre.
Dre, who is currently working on his long-overdue Detox LP hit the recording studio with the Somebody To Liebe singer on Tuesday to work on new material with Justin.
Bieber couldn't contain his excitement on Twitter, telling his followers: "Got to be in the studio with the legend himself Dr. Dre."
He later added: "Made a couple beats and he gave me some advice...i was hyped. can u blame me?,"

The book will hit shelves in October-November and will be created Von Bluewater Productions. Other comics will be released based on the lives of Taylor Swift, David Beckham and Lady Gaga.
