How do i make a new/add a fansite on fanpop?

Du go to the Fanpop homepage and at the bottom theres a box that says 'search for club Von genre' then at the oben, nach oben it says 'create a new club' with a plus Von it. that should be right =]

what do Du mean?I dont get it
