End of Chapter 69
"I don't know, I think he might contact the officials and have us wanted for kidnapping." I admitted. "I think I am going to go with Jasper and Emmett."
"Please don't leave me." Bella sagte as she walked out of the bathroom, having heard everything we said.
"Bella, I need to go with them. I have to see what is going on and I would be of help because I can hear what they are all thinking." I sagte as I stood up and walked over to her side.
"I don't think I could handle if anything happened to you." She sagte as she wrapped her arm around my side.
"Nothing will happen to him Bella, I will protect him." Emmett said, the conviction in his voice was not to be doubted.
"Bella," Alice said, her voice far away as she searched for what would happen. "They'll be fine, but..."
"But?" She said, her voice rising because of her nerves.
"Edward, he's going to be waiting for you...on the roof." She sagte as I saw what she was seeing.
Gabriel had noticed that his spies on the roof weren't there anymore. He was waiting on the roof for us to go back that way, waiting to ambush us, waiting...for me.

"I have to go." I sagte as I walked over to where Emmett was standing, his mind full of Fragen about why I would do this?
I noticed that there were seven pairs of eyes watching me closely, Bella's quickly filling with tears. I didn't want to hurt her but I knew that if I wanted this to stop it might be the only way.
"Please don't go." She sagte softly, the tears streaming down her face.
"Bella, I have to. I have to face him, he won't stop otherwise." I sagte as I explained myself to Bella and everyone else.
I looked over at Jasper and nodded to the door, he leaned down and whispered something to Alice before Küssen her and coming to stand Weiter to me. Emmett kissed Rosalie, having to uncurl her fingers from his hemd, shirt to get him to let go before he walked over smiling from ear to ear as he thought of fighting.
"Please be careful." Esme sagte as she got up and hugged us all.
I did my best not to look at Bella, but her sobbing was getting louder and I had to look. She was curled up in Alice's arms, sobbing as hard as I had ever seen her. I walked over, taking her from Alice as I walked over Von the window, holding her in my arms.
"Bella, please listen to me. I have to do this, it's the only way to do this. Gabriel won't stop until he has you, this may be a way to stop him. I have to try love, plus we have to hurry to get Du Home before Du father sends the entire US military for you." I sagte smiling at her as her eyes got huge with the thought of her father involving the military.
"Please, please, please be safe. Hurry and come back to me, then we can go home." She sagte as she sobbed, and leaned down and kissed me.
I calmed her the best I could before setting her back on the bett with Alice and Esme who came over to try and comfort Bella. I sighed as I walked over and opened the door, looking back at Bella once before walking out into the hallway, the door closing quickly behind us.
"I hope we can do this quickly." Emmett sagte as he cracked his knuckles.
"Me too." I sagte sadly, thinking of Bella curled up in Alice's arms sobbing.
"Come on." Jasper sagte as he led the way down the hallway to a back stairway with no one near it to notice us sneaking in.
"I thought they had someone inside?" Emmett asked as he looked around before closing the door.
"They did, I wonder where they went?" I sagte as we began climbing the stairs.
"Ehhh we probably scared them off." Emmett sagte as he ran up the stairs bursting through the roof access door.
All three of us took defensive stances the Sekunde we burst through the door, expecting there to be a group of Vampire waiting for us. When we came through the door we were not disappointed, there were about twenty people who turned and glared at us all of them dropping lower into fighting stances.
"Well Edward." Gabriel's voice called as he steeped out of the back of the group, his eyes lighting up. "I was wondering if Du would come old friend."
"We're no longer Friends Gabe, I thought Du saw to that." I sagte bitterly. "What do Du want?"
"Well let's take care of one little problem." He sagte as he raised one hand and five big men jumped on Emmett and Jasper pinning them to the ground, I could hear their screaming as they fought but with the numbers being not in their favor there wasn't much they could do. I moved to help them, throwing myself at the pile that held down Emmett. As I was about to launch myself I caught the thoughts of another that I hadn't heard in quite a while. I heard Emmett and Jasper yell my name, but was Frozen in my place as pain seared through my entire being.
"Well Edward, I sent Gabriel to get your sweet Bella...but you will work just fine." A sweet voice called as I saw someone walk around Gabriel's back.
"EDWARD RUN!!" I heard Jasper yell, but was unable to make myself Bewegen because of the pain.
"I think I will take you with us, see what your perfect family makes of that." Jane's voice called before someone threw something over my head and I felt myself falling, the pain never stopping...my only thoughts of Bella and what this would do to her, and how I would get back to her.
