150308 Gong Hyo Jin and ‪‎IU‬ confirmed for new drama 'Producer' via allkpop

Earlier today, both actress Gong Hyo Jin and IU were confirmed to be starring in the KBS 2TV drama 'Producer,' penned Von the same writer as 'You Who Came From the Stars.'

Gong Hyo Jin will play the role of a 10-year producer of a Musik program with an abrasive personality. IU will play a diva-like singer with a cold attitude. The two will play opposite male lead, Cha Tae Hyun who will be taking on the role of a veteran PD from the entertainment department of a broadcast station.

As mentioned before, actor Kim Soo Hyun is also in consideration for a role in this drama, so let's kreuz our fingers that he'll also be confirmed as well!

Watch out for 'Producer' in April.

IU’s upcoming Netflix original “Persona” has unveiled its first preview!

“Persona” is a new short film project that will feature IU in four different stories told Von four different directors: Im Pil Sung, Lee Kyung Mi, Kim Jong Kwan, and Jeon Go Woon. IU will play an entirely different character in each of the four films, which were all inspired Von the actress.
