In the morning Hugh woke up not exactly sure if the events of yesterday’s night he remembered happened for real oder it was just some kind of fantasy. He was in the bett alone and he didn’t hear anything significant presence of another person in the room neither. He decided to stand up and go to the bathroom – the smell he felt entering the door was incredible. He could definately say that someone used the bath just a few Minuten Vor - the room was warm and mirrors were still fogged. When he stepped vorwärts-, nach vorn the smell appeared even Mehr intensive and Mehr beautiuful. While he was melting into the pleasant air, he thought about Lisa. He remembered that smell from her body when they were laying Weiter to each other the night before. She had to stood up in silent and took her stuff before he woke up. If the air in the bathroom was still warm, it was possible that he could still catch her in the hotel. He took a very quick dusche and wore yesterday’s clothes, trying to do it as fast as he could. When he run down the stairs he noticed Lisa standing at the reception desk, paying for her room.
“Lisa!” he shouted, but when she looked at him she automatically turned her head back and started to walk toward the door, pulling behind herself a suitcase on wheels.
“Why are Du running away?” he run to her and bar her way.
“I’m not running away, I'm just in a hurry” she answered trying to step vorwärts-, nach vorn but he didn’t let her.
“I don’t understand, when I woke up Du were gone without a word” he was confused Von her behavior.
“I thought it’d be easier for both of us, to forget” she gave up trying to walk out and stood, looking into his eyes.
“Forget? Why?”
“Hugh, it happened and we can do nothing about it. But we can also Bewegen on and doesn’t make it difficult.. Besides, I thought Du would like to forget it..” she sagte sadly.
“I don’t” he made a pause “ But I think it’s not the best place to talk about it now” he glimpsed at the receptionist watching their conversation. “I will take back my suitcase and we will go back to the city, stopping off for some breakfast, ok?” he smiled at her, wanted her to Zeigen that everything is okay.
She nodded and Hugh went to the reception desk, ask for his suitcase.
“Mr. Laurie, have Du used your room? Du didn’t took your keys...” he asked with a small wicked smile.
“I was in the bar all night. I’m sorry, but it’s none of your business.” He sagte little irritated Von suspiciousness of receptionist. “Let’s go” Hugh took his stuff and nodded at Lisa and they walked out from the hotel, and got on Hugh’s car.
“Why are Du so quiet, it isn’t like you?” he asked after 20 Minuten of drive, smiling, trying to start a conversation like everything was normal, but she didn’t answer still staring in the window pane. “Lisa, what’s happening?” he repeated.
“I’m sorry for yesterday...” she sagte still didn’t look at him.
“There’s nothing to be sorry about, look at me” he sagte and she slowly turned her head towards him.
“It’s okay, really” he tried to cheer her up, knowing how worried she is about them right now.
“Don’t Du feel... any guilt? I’m sorry for asking but... Du seem relaxed and..” she didn’t know how to ask him about his wife, but he answered quickly.
“Yes and no. I feel guilty just because Jo is the mother of my children, and I don’t becase I haven’t had feelings for her for some time.” Smiled dissapeared from his face as Lisa was looking at him Mehr carefully.
“You didn’t mention to me that Du have some problems.”
“I had my reasons. But Du still haven’t answered me why Du were runing away from me?”
“I didn’t know about Du and Jo, but you’re still married and I sagte something stupid…”
“You sagte Du loved me, I don’t find that stupid.” He focused his sight on the road, feeling her eyes on him.
“I shouldn’t had sagte that…”
“But is that true?” he asked but she didn’t answer as they rode up on a caff.
“Lisa!” he shouted, but when she looked at him she automatically turned her head back and started to walk toward the door, pulling behind herself a suitcase on wheels.
